President's Goals

The following goals were set by the President of DEA with input from BEL surveys, DEA Rep Council, and members who participated in the OEA 21 Learning Maps workshop:

1. Increase the level of respect for the teaching profession.

2. Continue to collaborate with the district towards the goal of excellence and equity.

3. Communicate, educate, and advocate for our members and students.

4. Make DEA visible and positive.
